Using AirWear
These terms cover AirWear by CrewApp and this website. AirWear provides air-quality information on compatible Wear OS watches. By using it, you agree to use the app and website lawfully and in accordance with these terms and the applicable app-store terms.

Air-quality information
Readings depend on third-party providers, nearby sensors, internet access and measurement times. They may be delayed, unavailable or different from conditions at your exact location. The app’s category labels and contextual advice are informational and are not medical advice or an emergency warning service.
Consider official local guidance and your own circumstances when making health or safety decisions. Do not rely on AirWear as your only source of information in an emergency.
AirWear Pro subscriptions
AirWear includes free features and an optional Pro subscription. The app and Google Play purchase screen display the available plans, local price, duration and applicable offer details before purchase. Pro features are described in the app and store listing.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription. Manage subscriptions and cancellation in your Google Play account; refunds and billing are governed by the applicable store policies and your statutory rights. Access is subject to the subscription status reported by the store. Cancelling renewal normally keeps access for the remainder of the paid period, subject to refunds, revocation and the store’s terms.
App license and platform terms
You may install and use AirWear on compatible devices under the terms of the store through which you obtained it. The AirWear name, app, website and original artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
AirWear for Apple Watch is in development and is not offered for download on this website. If an Apple version is released without a custom license agreement, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement will apply to that version. This statement does not make an Apple download or purchase available.
Availability and responsible use
Features and provider coverage may change over time. AirWear cannot guarantee continuous availability, a particular update interval or complete accuracy of third-party readings. We may update the app to maintain it or address changes in platforms and providers.
Do not misuse the app or website, attempt unauthorized access to their supporting services or interfere with other users’ access. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains location requests, Firebase services, diagnostics, purchases and website hosting. External services have their own terms and privacy policies.
